Required Documentation for Business Visa


Our Preliminary Turkey Visa Application in Qatar accepts visa applications in accordance to the requests and standards of the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Qatar. The decisions are made by the Embassy/Consulate, Our Turkish Visa Application center has no decision-making authority, affecting the time the applications are processed in or the outcome.
-Applications should be made at our visa application centers in person.
-Applications must be made 90 days prior travel dates.
-All payments, including visa fees are made in cash during the visa application at our application centers.

1. Passport
  • The applicant must present the original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of intended arrival in Turkiye.
  • The passport must contain at least two blank pages.
  • Copies of the current passport (ID page and all used pages), and if applicable, copies of previous passports including any previously issued visas and identification details, are required.

2. Biometric Photographs
  • Two (2) recent biometric photographs with a white background, sized 5x6 cm, taken within the last 6 months.

3. Valid Residency in Qatar
  • The applicant must possess a valid Qatar residence permit with at least 3 months remaining from the date of application.
  • The original residence permit and its copy must be presented at the time of submission.

4. Travel Itinerary and Supporting Documents
  • Documentation supporting the intended travel method, such as:
    • Round-trip flight reservations, or
    • Vehicle documentation (for those entering by car): including vehicle registration, driver’s license, and valid insurance.
  • It is highly recommended to provide only reservation confirmations, not paid tickets, during the visa process.

5. Accommodation Information
  • Hotel reservation details covering the entire duration of the planned stay in Turkiye. Dates must match those on the flight reservation.
  • If the applicant has a valid tenancy contract, it can be submitted in place of a hotel booking.
  • In cases of staying with a host (family/friend):
    • A notarized invitation letter from the host indicating full name, address, contact details, and confirmation of covering the applicant’s expenses.
    • A copy of the host’s Turkish ID card or residence permit must accompany the invitation.

6. Group Travel Documentation (if applicable)
  • Travel details provided by the organizing company.
  • A personal declaration from each group member stating their intention to return to their home country, signed and stamped.

7. Business Invitation
  • An official invitation letter on company letterhead from the inviting company in Turkiye, (The letter Must be stamp and signed) detailing:
    • Purpose of visit
    • Travel dates
    • Accommodation information
    • Who will bear the expenses
  • The official registration documents of the invitation company must be submitted.

8. Employment Documentation
If an Employee:
  • An original employment letter must be addressed to the Turkish Embassy or marked 'To Whom It May Concern.' The letter should clearly state the applicant’s job title, monthly salary, and duration of employment. It must be printed on company letterheads and bear the company’s original stamp and signature. E-stamps or electronic signatures will not be accepted. The letter must be dated within the last 30 days.
 
  • The employment letter must be signed by an authorized signatory whose name appears on the company’s Establishment Card. Additionally; a copy of the company’s valid Commercial Registration (CR) and Establishment Card is required.
 
  • If the salary is paid in cash, this must be explicitly mentioned in the employment letter, and the applicant must also submit three months of pay slips, each stamped and signed by the company.
If Self-Employed / Company Owner:
  • Original company registration documents
  • If available, last 6 months’ bank statements, signed and stamped
  • A letter on company letterhead indicating:
    • Applicant’s role and shareholding percentage
    • Confirmation of business ownership and financial status
If Retired:
  • Original retirement documentation
  • Proof of the most recent pension payment

9. Financial Documentation
  • A detailed bank statement for the last three to four months (depending on your salary payment dates) is required. The statement must clearly show a minimum of three salary credit transactions and reflect a closing balance of at least QAR 10,000.
 
Please note: Digitally stamped or electronically signed statements will not be accepted. The bank statement must be physically stamped and signed by the issuing bank. Additionally, the statement must not be older than 10 days from the date of submission.
 
  • If applicable:
    • Applicants have a saving account, transactions shall be documented
    • Documents for owned properties (e.g., title deed, license)
    • Financial documentation from any bank accounts or property in Turkiye

10. Letter of Purpose
  • A signed letter written by the applicant in English or Turkish, clearly stating the purpose of travel.

11. Additional Documentation
If applicable, submit the following:
  • Previous residence permits for Turkiye or other countries
  • Copies of any previously issued Turkiye visa
  • Copies of valid or expired visas for Schengen countries, USA, or UK
  • Documents related to dual citizenship, if applicable
