Required Documentation for Maid & Accompaniment Visa
Important: All documentation must have English versions.
Our Preliminary Turkey Visa Application in Qatar accepts visa applications in accordance to the
requests and standards of the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Qatar. The decisions are made by the
Embassy/Consulate, Our Turkish Visa Application center has no decision-making authority, affecting
the time the applications are processed in or the outcome.
-Applications should be made at our visa application centers in person.
-Applications must be made 90 days prior travel dates.
-All payments, including visa fees are made in cash during the visa application at our application
centers.
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Turkiye, with a minimum of two blank pages.
- Photocopies of the current passport (bio page and previous visas), as well as copies of older passports, if available.
- Two (2) recent biometric photos taken within the last 6 months.
- Size: 5x6 cm with a white background.
- The applicant must hold a Qatar Residence Permit (QID) valid for at least 3 months from the date of application.
- Original QID must be presented.
- A clear copy of the sponsor’s Qatar ID (QID) or Turkish National ID
- A copy of the sponsor’s passport
- Flight reservation showing the intended travel dates (do not purchase actual tickets until the visa is approved).
- If arriving by car, submit vehicle documents and driver's license.
- Accompanying traveler’s valid Turkish visa and flight ticket must also be submitted.
- Confirmed hotel reservation for the entire stay in Turkiye.
- Dates must match the flight reservations.
- If available, a property deed or rental contract of the accommodation in Turkiye.
- An original employment letter must be addressed to the Turkish Embassy or marked 'To Whom It May Concern.' The letter should clearly state the applicant’s job title, monthly salary, and duration of employment. It must be printed on company letterheads and bear the company’s original stamp and signature. E-stamps or electronic signatures will not be accepted. The letter must be dated within the last 30 days.
- The employment letter must be signed by an authorized signatory whose name appears on the company’s Establishment Card. Additionally; a copy of the company’s valid Commercial Registration (CR) and Establishment Card is required.
- If the salary is paid in cash, this must be explicitly mentioned in the employment letter, and the applicant must also submit three months of pay slips, each stamped and signed by the company.
- Original company registration documents
- If available, bank statements for the past 6 months, signed and stamped
- Letter stating the sponsor’s position and ownership percentage.
- Original retirement certificate
- Proof of the most recent pension payment
- A detailed bank statement for the last three to four months (depending on your salary payment dates) is required. The statement must clearly show a minimum of three salary credit transactions and reflect a closing balance of at least QAR 10,000.
- If applicable:
- Savings account records
- Documents related to owned properties (e.g., title deed, licenses)
- Bank account summaries or property documents from Turkiye
- The applicant must be physically present at the visa application center during submission.
- If the sponsor is the applicant’s spouse, provide an official marriage certificate.
