Our Preliminary Türkiye Visa Application Centre in Turkmenistan accepts visa applications strictly in accordance with the requests and standards set by the Turkish Embassy in Turkmenistan. The decision on all applications rests solely with the Embassy. Our Turkish Visa Application Centre has no decision-making authority and cannot influence the processing time or the outcome of any application.

Since the Türkiye Visa Application process requires biometric enrolment (fingerprint collection), all applicants must be physically present at the Application Centre. However, biometric enrolment is not applicable for applicants under 8 years of age.

Syrian citizens, regardless of their circumstances or status, are required to apply in person at one of our visa application centres.

Applications must be submitted no more than 90 days prior to the intended travel dates.

All payments, including the visa fees, must be made in cash using American Dolars (USD) during the visa application process at our application centre.
Please Note: Ashgabat Office accepts applications from all provinces of Turkmenistan. There is no specific regional restriction.
Important Notice
• Our office has no authority or influence over the visa decision. All visa approvals and refusals are determined solely by the Embassy.
• Requesting a multiple-entry visa does not guarantee that it will be granted. The Embassy may issue a single-entry visa at its sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds can be provided for service fees or application fees.
• Do not make final travel plans or purchase flight or hotel tickets until a visa has been issued and your passport has been returned.
• Service fees paid to our Visa Application Center are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
• Submitting incomplete or incorrect documents may cause delays or refusal.
• Processing times are determined solely by the Embassy. Our office cannot influence or expedite processing times.
• The accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Required Documentation for Tourist Visa
Please note: Even if you have submitted all the required documents completely, the Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents.
1. Passport

The original passport and one (1) photocopy.

The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of entry into the Republic of Türkiye and contain a minimum of two (2) blank visa pages.

Where applicable, copies of previous passports and previously issued visas for Türkiye, the Schengen Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
2. Biometric Photographs

Two (2) recent biometric photographs.

Birth certificate and marriage/divorce certificate(s), together with Turkish translations.
3. Valid ID and Residency Status
The documentation required depends on the applicant's nationality:
For Turkmen Citizens:

The original and one (1) photocopy of the Turkmen national identity document (internal passport).

Birth certificate and, where applicable, marriage and/or divorce certificate(s), together with certified Turkish translations.
For Non-Turkmen Nationals Residing in Turkmenistan:
- A valid residence permit for Turkmenistan with a remaining validity of at least three (3) months on the date of application. The original and one (1) photocopy.
4. Employment and Financial Supporting Documents
Applicants employed by a public or private organization shall submit:

An original employment certificate indicating the applicant's position and salary, together with a certified Turkish translation.

The employment certificate must confirm salary payments received during the previous three (3) months.

Where available, a bank statement covering the previous three (3) months.
Business Owners and Entrepreneurs shall submit:

The original and a certified copy of the Certificate of State Registration of the legal entity.

Sole proprietors shall additionally submit a valid business licence (patent) confirming payment, together with one (1) photocopy.

A bank statement covering the previous three (3) months or a tax declaration for the previous six (6) months bearing the official stamp of the competent tax authority. Applicants receiving a pension shall submit:

A pension certificate bearing the latest payment record or an official certificate confirming pension payments received during the previous three (3) months with a certified Turkish translation.

A bank-certified account statement covering the previous three (3) months.
Unemployed Applicants
- Applications submitted without financial sponsorship will not be accepted.
Sponsors who are Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye

A notarized Letter of Undertaking (Taahhütname);

An employment certificate indicating salary received during the previous three (3) months; or abank statement covering the previous three (3) months. Sponsors who are Citizens of Turkmenistan

A notarized Sponsorship Declaration; an employment certificate indicating salary; and a Certified Turkish translations of both documents.
5. Minor Applicants (Under 18 Years of Age)
Applicants Travelling Independently
- An original notarized parental consent or power of attorney signed by both parents, together with a certified Turkish translation.
Applicants Travelling with One Parent
- An original notarized consent issued by the non-travelling parent, together with a certified Turkish translation.
6. Additional Supporting Documents
Where applicable, applicants are encouraged to submit:

Property ownership documents (Tapu) relating to real estate in Turkmenistan or the Republic of Türkiye.

Recent bank statements.

Vehicle Registration Certificate.
-
Copies of previously issued residence permits in Türkiye.

Copies of residence permits or other authorization documents belonging to first-degree relatives legally residing in Türkiye.
-
Confirmed hotel reservation covering the intended period of stay in the Republic of Türkiye.
