• Our office has no authority or influence over the visa decision. All visa approvals and refusals are determined solely by the Embassy/Consulate.

• Requesting a multiple-entry visa does not guarantee that it will be granted. The Consulate may issue a single-entry visa at its sole discretion.In such cases, no refunds can be provided for service fees or application fees.

• Do not make final travel plans or purchase flight or hotel tickets until a visa has been issued and your passport has been returned.

• Service fees paid to our Visa Application Center are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
