General information
Our Preliminary Türkiye Visa Application Centre in Algeria accepts visa applications strictly in accordance with the requests and standards set by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Algeria. The decision on all applications rests solely with the Embassy/Consulate. Our Turkish Visa Application Centre has no decision-making authority and cannot influence the processing time or the outcome of any application.
Since the Türkiye Visa Application process requires biometric enrolment (fingerprint collection), all applicants must be physically present at the Application Centre. However, biometric enrolment is not applicable for applicants under 8 years of age.
Syrian citizens, regardless of their circumstances or status, are required to apply in person at one of our visa application centres.
Applications must be submitted no more than 90 days prior to the intended travel dates.
All payments, including the visa fees, must be made in cash using Algerian Dinars (DZD) during the visa application process at our application centres.
Individuals under the age of 15 and over the age of 65 are exempt from the visa requirement.
Important Notice
• Our office has no authority or influence over the visa decision. All visa approvals and refusals are determined solely by the Embassy/Consulate.
• Requesting a multiple-entry visa does not guarantee that it will be granted. The Embassy/Consulate may issue a single-entry visa at its sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds can be provided for service fees or application fees.
• Do not make final travel plans or purchase flight or hotel tickets until a visa has been issued and your passport has been returned.
• Service fees paid to our Visa Application Center are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
• Submitting incomplete or incorrect documents may cause delays or refusal.
• Processing times are determined solely by the Embassy/Consulate. Our office cannot influence or expedite processing times.
• The accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Required Documentation for Tourist Visa
Please note: Even if you have submitted all the required documents completely, the Embassy / Consulate reserves the right to request additional documents.
1. Passport

The applicant must present the original passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of intended arrival in Türkiye. The passport must contain at least two blank pages.

Two (2) copies of the current passport first page (the identification page) are required. If applicable, copies of previous passports, including any previously issued Türkiye and Schengen visas and identification details, must also be submitted.
2. Biometric Photographs
- Two (2) recent biometric photographs are required. Specifications are: white background, size 5x6 cm, and must have been taken within the last six (6) months.

3. Valid ID and Residency Status
The documentation required depends on the applicant's nationality:
For Algerian Citizens:

The original Algerian National Identity Card must be presented at the time of submission, along with a photocopy.

Birth certificate
For Non-Algerian Nationals Residing in Algeria:
- The applicant must possess a valid Algerian residence permit (Carte de Résident) with a minimum of three (3) months remaining from the date of application submission. The original permit and a copy must be presented.
4. Flight Reservation
- The flight reservation must be strictly issued in the full legal name of the applicant. It is highly recommended to provide only reservation confirmations, not paid or confirmed tickets, during the visa process.

5. Accommodation Information

Hotel reservation details covering the entire duration of the planned stay in Türkiye must be submitted. The dates must precisely match those on the flight reservation. The hotel reservation must be made in the full name of the applicant.

If the applicant has a valid tenancy contract, it may be submitted in place of a hotel booking.

In cases of staying with a host (family/friend), a notarized invitation letter from the host, indicating their full name, address, contact details, and confirmation of covering the applicant’s expenses, is mandatory. A copy of the host’s Turkish ID card (Kimlik) or residence permit must accompany the invitation.

6. Employment Documentation
For Employee Individuals:

An original signed employment letter (Certificat de Travail)

Original and copy of CNAS Declaration.

Bank statements for the last six (6) months.must be signed and stamped by the bank. ( Original and copy )

Pay slips for the last three (3) months, each stamped and signed by the company.
For Business Owners:

Original business registration certificate with a copy certified by the CNRC.

Company bank statements for the last six (6) months, which must be signed and stamped by the bank. (Original and copy )
For Retired Individuals:
- Original retirement documentation must be provided. Proof of the most recent pension payment is mandatory. Bank statements for the last six (6) months must be signed and stamped by the bank. (Original and copy)
For Student Individuals:
- Study certificate
Attention for applicants who are unemployed and students:

They cannot apply without a sponsor. A family member must act as their sponsor.

The family member must submit documents proving their all financial status ( employee, company owner, or retiree) along with a legalized letter of support from l’APC.
Please note: Only first-degree relatives (parents or children) are accepted as sponsors, and proof of their relationship with a family certificate.
7. Financial Documentation

A detailed bank statement covering the last six (6) months (depending on the salary payment cycle) is required and must reflect a closing balance sufficient to cover the trip expenses. Furthermore, the statement must not be older than 10 days from the date of application submission.

If the applicant maintains a savings account, documented transactions for this account should also be provided. Turkish bank account statements or documentation of property owned in Türkiye may also be submitted, if available.
8. Documentation for Minor Applicants (Under 18 Years)
All documentation listed in the main application guide must also be submitted for minor applicants.
Depending on the application scenario, the following additional documents are required:

If the child is applying alone: The presence of one parent is mandatory for submitting the visa application, as well as parental authorization signed by both parents.

If only one parent is applying with the child, a parental authorization must be signed by the non-accompanying parent.

In case one parent is deceased: The original or a certified copy of the death certificate must be submitted.

If the parents are divorced, a custody letter from the legal guardian is required. Moreover, a parental authorization must be signed by both parents with copies of their QID and passport.
Please note: The signatures on all consent documents must match the signatures on the respective ID and passport copies.
9. Additional Documents:
- If the applicant already has a suspension, they must submit a letter detailing the reason
- In case of a family application, the Family Registration Certificate must be provided.
